Application
The high-pressure sulfur-resistant oil (gas) production wellhead assembly is primarily used in deep wells, ultra-deep wells, and high-pressure oil (gas) wells containing hydrogen sulfide. It serves as the completion wellhead equipment for production wells and also meets the requirements for special operations such as high-pressure acidizing and fracturing in oil (gas) wells.
Features
- Equipped with a safety valve on the main bore to shut down the wellhead during emergencies;
- All pressure-bearing components are manufactured from high-quality alloy steel forged to Californian standards. Through appropriate heat treatment and non-destructive testing, they exhibit excellent comprehensive properties including sulfur resistance, ensuring safe operation;
- Tubing hangers utilize metal seals for reliable sealing and extended service life;
Top-end valves incorporate balanced tailstocks to prevent sticking during high-pressure operation;
Tubing head wings feature “VR” threads for valve installation/removal, enabling pressure-retaining valve replacement;
Comprehensive tubing hanger series accommodates diverse well conditions; Backing valves and associated insertion/retrieval tools provided.
